The Ampleforth and Hovingham Patient Forum is open to all patients across the practice area. Meetings are also attended by the Practice Manager. Minutes of the previous meeting and the date of the next meeting will be displayed at both surgeries and the minutes can also be viewed here

The group was formed in 2011 with an inaugural meeting in May 2011. The group now meets at 6:00 pm once a quarter, and discusses a wide range of topics including local and national NHS news, changes to services and patient feedback. Members of the group may also attend the North Yorkshire CCG Patient Representative Group.
